As we know, judicial candidates cannot answer questions about issues that might come up in their courtrooms, so many questions we’d like answered are off-limits during a campaign.  Things are even more confusing when we voters don’t really understand the judicial system and how it works (district, circuit, criminal, civil, domestic, small claims?).
