All Lives Matter, Conway, ARA group of about 45 rallied in front of the Conway Police Department at 11 am Friday – part of a “Nationwide Call to Prayer” that Glenn Beck proposed in response to the recent murders of police officers across the country.

A local activist and a Conway pastor offered prayers of support for Law Enforcement Officers, especially the Conway Police Department and the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Department. Several officers joined the crowd, who sang “Amazing Grace” before walking around the building with a “circle of protective prayers.”

Afterward several people walked to the close-by Faulkner County Sheriff’s Department and also circled that building while praying for protection for law enforcement personnel there.

Beck’s Nation Wide call to Prayer

Tomorrow at 11:00am CST I am calling for our nation to pray for Deputy Goforth’s family and for those who protect and serve.

I will be meeting with Pastors from all over the country to discuss the role of the churches in these perilous times tomorrow morning (Friday 9/4) in Houston and then we will attend the funeral together of Deputy Goforth. I would ask that you pray that the spirit guides and directs us.

My team will be praying at Watermark church in Dallas Texas if you are in the area meet them there.

I encourage you to pray together at the churches in your community.

I would also ask that in the next seven days you gather people from all of the different churches in your town and go TOGETHER to pray for a hedge of protection around your police. Do it at the police station. Let these men and women know we stand with them as they stand with God.

You can find “prayer cards” that we have made for you to pass along. There are prayers for the nation; For those that serve and protect; for those hunted by Isis and for an end of the slaughter of the innocents at planned parenthood.

This is our Mission and how you can get involved.

Please post you and whomever you pray with at your gathering place be it just you in your car or a group of you in you church, dorm, school, office or police station.

It is time we listen and obey. It is time we turn back to God and beg for His protection if not for us, for those who risk their lives for us.
