Court of Appeals
Two candidates for the state Court of Appeals are in the November 8 runoff for the (south Arkansas) District 05 Associate Justice position — James McMenis and Mark Klappenbach — because neither received a majority in the March 1 general judicial election.
Several seats on the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals were elected on March 1, 2016 in the Non-Partisan General Election.

The Arkansas Court of Appeals (“ACA”) has seven geographical Divisions, most with two positions for Judges. Four of the twelve total positions were elected on March 1, 2016:
