UPDATE 11/8/16: Arkansans selected Mark Klappenbach (55.54%) over James McMenis (44.46%) in the runoff for the District 05 seat on the state Court of Appeals.

Two candidates for the state Court of Appeals are in the November 8 runoff for the (south Arkansas) District 05 Associate Justice position — James McMenis and Mark Klappenbach — because neither received a majority in the March 1 general judicial election.

Several seats on the Arkansas Supreme Court and Court of Appeals were elected on March 1, 2016 in the Non-Partisan General Election.

Results of that election are shown below; percentages are rounded to nearest whole number.
